Q: Can we program the remote head key?
A: Yes we can, but only in our store, here is why:
The remote
should come with a tag attached to it, which has an ID number printed on it.
Using a PIWIS or PST2 scan tool, access the Immobilizer Control Unit,
and enter the ID
number of the remote into a free slot in the key programming screen.
You will need
all of your keys present during programming in order to keep the old ones
active.
You will need the IPAS code for your car in order to program keys.
Your dealer can look this
code up with your VIN number
