All orders received on PaylessCarKeys.com will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping takes place Monday thru Friday. Any orders placed after 4 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight orders received after 5 PM EST will be shipped the next day. FedEx Ground orders received after 3:30 PM EST will be shipped next day.
In the event that the delivery of a shipment is delayed or late due to severe weather or the shipping carrier is unable to make contact with the package recipient as needed for the specified shipping options delivery requirement (i.e. the business is closed), a refund will not be issued for the shipping costs. If you wish to seek a refund of shipping costs on your shipment you must notify Payless Car Keys Corp. within 48 hours of the package being delivered. All shipping cost refunds must be approved by the shipping manager, and will only be authorized when the shipping carrier admits fault on the shipment and refunds the original shipping charges to Payless Car Keys Corp.
